shipping
we take care with what we make, and we take care with how it reaches you.
we ship worldwide. orders are processed within 2–3 business days and sent out monday through friday, excluding holidays.
rates
- united states — flat rate $15
- international — flat rate $25
- complimentary shipping on orders over $500
once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
estimated delivery times
- domestic: 3–7 business days
- international: 6–15 business days
delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, or carrier delays. if anything seems off, email us and we’ll look into it with you.
international duties & taxes
international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by your country. these charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
if a package is refused due to unpaid duties and returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded and any return fees may be deducted.
shipping address
please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. we are not able to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
lost or delayed packages
once a package is handed to the carrier, it is in their care. if your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend contacting the carrier first. we’re always happy to help if you need support navigating that process.
