returns

sometimes a piece needs time. sometimes it doesn’t work out. that’s okay.

for online orders, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

in-store purchases may be returned within 10 days for exchange or store credit.

items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

for online returns, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. original shipping charges are not refundable.

return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. if we provide a return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.

any duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during return shipping remain the responsibility of the customer.

sale items purchased in-store are eligible for store credit only. sale items purchased online follow the same return window and conditions above.

made-to-order or specially commissioned pieces are final sale.

please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received.
