payments are processed securely through shopify and its payment partners. we do not control or store full payment card data.

shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. delays can happen due to carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. risk of loss passes to you when the carrier receives the package, to the extent permitted by law. if a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact the carrier first and then email us so we can help you start a claim if available.

for international orders, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, import fees, and other charges set by your country. these amounts are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless we state otherwise. customs processing may delay delivery.
